What Information We Hold
Our database may contain publicly available business information, such as:

- Trading name
- Phone number

- Publicly listed business contact details
We do not sell marketing consent, and inclusion in our database does not imply permission to receive marketing communications.
Requesting Removal or Correction
You may request that your business information be:
- Removed entirely
- Corrected or updated
- Restricted from future distribution
All requests are reviewed promptly and in good faith.
How to Submit a Request
Please email us at:

Include the following information to help us process your request quickly:
- Business name
- ABN or ACN (if applicable)
- Website URL or listing reference
- The specific information you want removed or corrected
- Proof of authority (e.g. email from a business domain or other reasonable verification)
Verification Process
To protect against unauthorised removals, we may request reasonable verification that you are:
- the business owner, or
- an authorised representative of the business
We do not require sensitive personal information.
Timeframe
- Requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days
- Urgent privacy concerns are prioritised
- Once removed, your data will not be re-added unless it is lawfully obtained again from an open source or submitted directly by you
What Happens After Removal
- The data will be removed from our active datasets
- It will no longer be included in future list distributions
- Where technically feasible, we will suppress the data from future collection processes
Please note that we cannot control copies already lawfully obtained by third-party purchasers prior to removal.
Legal Basis
We process removal requests in accordance with:
- Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)
- Australian Privacy Principles (APPs)
- Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
Our business operates on a data minimization and transparency principle.
